FEAR
FEAR is a central part of all of us when we are born. It is developed through years and decades of our own experiences and from the influence of our protectors, our families, our friends and from the environment we live in. There is major conjecture as to its reason, its purpose and its value. Yes there is fight and flight and our instinct to avoid death. That said what is certain is that it exists in us all and it can be debilitating and destructive to the quality of our lives. What I offer in the paragraph below, as written by author/Teacher Jeff Foster, is a way to consider fear, not as a negative or to be denied or rejected, but to be embraced. Just a different way of Thinking/Feeling/Being… thought for this Tuesday…..
